Property Co-Pilot is a live AI buyer's-agent chat tool built for a Brisbane mortgage brokerage: a free assistant that answers first-home-buyer questions about price, negotiation, and auction pressure — the questions a buyer's agent would normally charge for. This was work I assisted with, not a solo build — it's here for the engagement context, not as an authorship claim.
Why a chat widget, not a lead form
The brief was to replace intimidation with information at the exact moment someone's about to overpay. A form collects an email address; a chat widget answers "is this a fair price?" immediately, for free, with no commission on the other end. The interaction has to earn trust in the first exchange, so the widget is the product, not a gate in front of it.
Suburb Explorer as its own surface
The inner app view — reachable directly with no login — is a separate dashboard for browsing suburb-level data rather than chatting. Splitting "ask a question" from "explore the data" kept the marketing homepage fast and the research tool dense, instead of trying to make one screen do both jobs.
What's still a prototype
This one's live and public, but it's still early: the chat surface is the finished piece, and the suburb data views are still filling out. It's here because it's shipped and in front of real users, not because every screen is done.
