Clinician Dashboard

Clinician-facing screens for a telehealth weight clinic — consult notes with AI assist, labs, vitals, alerts, and a metabolic calculator suite — integrated into a 100-person clinic's Salesforce workflow.

React

A clinician-facing console for a telehealth weight clinic: patient chart, active diagnoses, recent labs with flagged values, allergy warnings, vitals entry, and a consult-note editor with AI assist and templates. Built to help my partner — and then integrated into her 100-person clinic's Salesforce workflow.

Why the screen is organised around the consult, not the record

A clinician mid-consult needs three things without hunting: what's wrong (diagnoses, allergies, flagged labs), what's changed (vitals against last visit), and somewhere to write while looking at both. The console puts the note in the centre and the evidence in the periphery — alerts like a due HbA1c recheck surface themselves rather than waiting to be found.

The calculator suite

The companion tool runs the metabolic numbers a weight clinic actually uses — BMI, BRI, waist ratios, ideal-weight range, BMR, TDEE, and a daily nutrition plan — from one patient-data form, results first. Same rule as every calculator I ship: end in a real number, not a lead form.

Screens shown carry synthetic demo data, not patient records.
